500,000 TONNES OF FISH ANNUAL

FF Skagen refines annually more than 500,000 tonnes of fish annually at the factory in Skagen. Fresh fish landed by loyal fishermen in the pelagic trawler fleet in Danish waters, east and northwest of Ireland and all the way up to the northernmost fishing grounds in the Atlantic.

FF Skagen also uses trimmings from the consumer industry, especially from herring, which meets the same high standards and raw material ethics. All landings and deliveries are analysed and approved before the fish are part of the production of FF Skagen's well-documented products.
